Receive Your Custom Aligners

Your full series of aligners is manufactured and typically arrives within 2–3 weeks. Dr. Wakim will fit your first set, check comfort, and walk you through the wearing schedule (22 hours/day for best results).

Attachments are small tooth-colored dots bonded to certain teeth that help the aligners grip and move teeth in more complex directions. Not everyone needs them. If you do, they're subtle — most people won't notice them — and they're removed at the end of treatment, leaving no permanent marks on your teeth.
