Elizabeth Wakim, DDS
Dr. Elizabeth (Liza) Wakim commits herself to exemplary and compassionate dentistry. After graduating from Wheeling Jesuit University in West Virginia, she completed her professional training at Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI, where she is originally from.
She served a mini-residency at Duquesne University and received training in dental IV sedation. For years she treated patients close by in West Virginia as a general dentist, being awarded one of America’s Top Dentists. Dr. Wakim has now been in Washington, PA since May of 2015 and is continuously growing her practice with the most up to date technologies, products, and procedures.
She and her team know that going to the dentist can be a stressful and anxiety-inducing event for many patients, but that is why everyone in the office takes the time to identify what is most important to each patient so everyone treated here has the best experience possible.
The whole team is committed to providing a comfortable and friendly environment where patients leave smiling and feeling their best! In Dr. Wakim’s free time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and attending concerts and sporting events.
Kelli Brooks, DDS
Dr. Kelli Brooks comes to us with a wealth of experience and a passion for providing exceptional dental care. Her dedication to patient well-being aligns perfectly with our practice’s mission to deliver the highest quality dental services with warmth and compassion.
As we expand our team, we remain committed to maintaining the trust you’ve placed in us for your oral healthcare needs. Dr. Brooks will be an asset in our ongoing efforts to provide you with comprehensive, cutting-edge dental treatments while upholding the personalized care you deserve. Her continued commitment to lifelong education is highlighted in her volunteer work for Wheeling Healthright and her position teaching WVU dental students as a rural faculty member. Dr. Brooks has furthered her personal education as a member of Spear Education and CDOCS. Her interest in comprehensive dental health prompted her to complete professional training in Invisalign clear aligners and facial injectables.
Dr. Brooks graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry with honors in 2017. While in dental school she held leadership roles in the American Student Dental Association and was active in community outreach projects. Upon graduation she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honorary and earned the Academy of General Dentistry Award, the Dentsply Merit Award in Removable Prosthodontics, and the GlaxosmithKline Case Presentation award.
After graduation she entered private practice in West Virginia. She has been an active member of the West Virginia Dental Association and is a Past-President for the Wheeling District. Dr. Brooks was honored to be inducted into the International College of Dentists in 2023. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, golfing, and skiing.
