Mandy Mackey

Mandy Mackey is an experienced and dedicated Office Manager with over a decade of experience in the dental field. She graduated high school in 2012 and completed her education at Clarksburg Beauty Academy in 2013. Mandy spent the past 10 years as an administrator at a dental office in Morgantown, WV, where she honed her skills in patient care and office management.
Mandy is passionate about helping others achieve a healthy smile they can be proud of, and she is committed to ensuring every patient has an excellent experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending time with her family, practicing archery, riding side by sides, dirt track racing, and cooking.

Zachary (Z) Dragan

Zachary (Z) Dragan is a dedicated Dental Assistant who completed his education at Cornerstone Dental Assisting Academy, earning his RHS in 2023. With a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others, Z is an integral part of our dental team.
In addition to his role in the dental office, Z also works at Salud Juicery on the weekends, where he continues to contribute to the well-being of his community. His personal interests include hiking, kayaking, fishing, and spending quality time with his two daughters.

Addyson (Addy) McSwegin

Addyson (Addy) McSwegin is a motivated and enthusiastic member of our dental team, currently serving as a Sterilization Technician while training to become a Dental Assistant. A graduate of Oak Glen High School in 2021, Addy is originally from Chester, WV, and now resides in Wheeling, WV.
Although she is new to the dental field, Addy is eager to learn and open to exploring every aspect of dental care. Her passion for helping others is evident in her dedication to enhancing patients’ health, confidence, and overall well-being through quality dental care.
Outside of work, Addy enjoys traveling and spending time with her loved ones.

Gabrielle (Gabby) Faith Lemley

Gabby is an enthusiastic dental hygienist who joined our team in May 2024. A recent graduate from West Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, Gabby brings fresh knowledge and a passion for patient care to our practice. She completed her high school education at Waynesburg Central High School in 2020.
Although new to the field, Gabby gained two years of valuable clinical experience during her studies, where she developed her skills and a deep understanding of patient care. Her hands-on experience in school has equipped her with the tools necessary to excel in her role as a dental hygienist.
Gabby is actively involved in her community, volunteering at the Wheeling Soup Kitchen and the Ohio County Clinic. Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, skiing, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family. She resides in Wheeling, WV.

Bailey Elizabeth Nixon

Bailey Elizabeth Nixon is a dedicated and versatile office administrator who joined our team in May 2024. She brings a strong educational background with a Bachelor’s in Human Biology (2023) and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (2024), both from West Liberty University. Bailey also graduated from Central Catholic High School in 2019.
With five years of professional experience in the dental field, Bailey has honed her skills as an orthodontist assistant for three years and as an orthodontist receptionist for two years. Her hands-on experience in both clinical and administrative roles makes her a valuable asset to our team.
Bailey’s passion for the dental field stems from her love of making people smile and the dynamic nature of the work. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, going for walks, listening to audiobooks, and organizing.
